We are a prominent 4-story brick building with bright blue awnings over each window on the left side of the street if your are heading north. Cancellations made up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee/room. Cancellations made with less than 4 days notice prior to your arrival date or no-shows will be charged one night's room and tax.
