Atlantica has been chef owned and operated by Chef Ken Paquin and his wife Del for ten years. The upscale bistro is nestled in a large historic clapboard building located on Bayview Landing. Atlantica is all about alfresco dining on the deck overlooking Camden Harbor. White Lion Bistro
Formerly Fitzpatrick's Cafe, the White Lion Bistro is due to open August 1, 2009. The new restaurant will feature an upscale bar environment and focus on a refined food selection that will feature a tapas menu and raw bar. Serving lunch and dinner year round, White Lion Bistro will be the hot new hang out this summer and fall. Renovations are ongoing and they hope to be open very soon. Peter Ott's Restaurant
Peter Ott's Restaurant, located at 16 Bayview Street, Camden is proud to offer fine American Cuisine that is fresh and local. Peter's Ott's is know for their great steak and fish entrees and has a popular salad bar. Peter Ott's serves dinner 7 days a week from 5:30pm to 10pm and offer live jazz on Sundays in August from 3pm to 5:30pm. Check out their hip bar scene after 10pm each evening. Camden Hills State Park
If recreation is on your list, you've come to the right place. Nearby Camden Hills State Park offers unlimited hiking opportunities with incredible views of Penobscot Bay and Megunticook Lake atop Mt. Battie and Mt. Megunticook. Not into hiking, then consider their auto road to the top of Mt. Battie where you can drive to the top for a small fee and take in the views. Camden Snow Bowl
The Camden Snow Bowl is a community owned ski and recreation area. From the summit of 1300' Ragged Mountain, home to the Snow Bowl's trails, skiers and riders have an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to alpine skiing and snowboarding, there are many other winter activities available at the Snow Bowl. A snow tubing slope provides fun for all family members, ice skating on Hosmer pond and a thrilling 400' toboggan chute. Owls Head Transportation Museum
The Owls Head Transportation Museum has one of the finest collections of pioneer-era aircraft and automobiles in the world. More than 100 historic aircraft, automobiles, bicycles, carriages and engines are on permanent display. The Aircraft Collection contains replicas and originals representing the first century of flight. An outstanding collection of automobiles spans the late 19th Century and early 20th century, and includes the 1963 Prototype Mustang and a 1935 Stout Scarab. The Maine Lighthouse Museum is a must-see for anyone interested in lighthouses and American maritime history! The Center for Maine Contemporary Art is a nonprofit organization advancing contemporary art in Maine through exhibitions and educational programs.
